Where did the Lime in Limelight Come From?

Davant dels focus // In the LimelightImage by ~Oryctes~ via Flickr

I have no idea why I even thought of this, but it was a question that came to my mind that I thought would make a good blog post. If you know the answer, please leave a comment below along with your email so I can contact you. Maybe you would be interested in writing a guest post on this topic. It will give you some free exposure with back links from my blog to yours.

Anyway, I will be looking for the answer to this language question. Watch for it in a follow up post. Meanwhile, I'm curious about how many answers I will receive in the comment section and even more interested in the true answer.

Now to get down to business.....

It's raining outside so my thoughts are as scattered as the magnetics in the atmosphere. For those of you have been following my blogs or my profile, you may or may not know that I started a new blog and yes, it's related to magnetics. Check it out at Countdown Till 2012.

What are my writing plans for today? Intense and scattered because I have so many areas to cover. I hope to login to my major blogging companies to assess my workload and complete whatever tasks I am able.

Textbroker is one company that I want to get back to start writing again. I received an email today with a link to their blog that they wanted to share with writers in hopes of inspiring them to return and become active again. One freelancer shares her story on the Textbroker blog, so check it out and try writing for them. They pay on time and the tasks are basic most of the time.

I started writing for them last year then went into a lull whenever I started this huge ghostwriting project that is no longer in my itinerary. It would be great to hear from other Textbroker writers, both new and seasoned. Please share your stories with us on Blog Day Planner. Leave a comment with your email included and I'll send you a guest writing invitation.

What are your plans for updating your freelance writing planner? Have you reviewed your lists to find any unfinished plans or work that needs updated? I am constantly reviewing and updating. My list just grows though because I always get new inspirations or think of more ways to improve the creativity of a blog or I think of topics I've always wanted to write about.

Add this to that list:

I want to create a Victorian Era blog and cover all aspects of the lifestyle, the clothing, the architecture, the culture and the politics of the era. Add the culinary arts of the period and you will have a fascinating read.

Timelapse......

Work results for the day:

I managed to write three personal blog posts today and I submitted one paid article for review, that was accepted. On Textbroker, I completed two articles but my goal is to write a minimum of three per day five days a week. So I'll be working on that.

I checked two of my writing panels to see the status of bids placed on big jobs. They are still pending. Another goal- bid on jobs twice per week and set aside an hour or two to update the bidding boards. Submit articles into my article directories like Constant Content which is where I offer my own articles for sale.

Twitter was a happening site for me today. Don't forget to update your twitter account on a regular basis! I have raised good funds on a not for profit fund drive and found two new clients all because I posted on twitter.

Social Spark didn't have any blog posts for me today so I submitted a ticket asking them to make me eligible for more tasks. My red light was on when I needed a green light that would allow me to submit a task. It shows that I don't qualify for any blog posts which is confusing since I have blogs with ranks of three and two.

Social Spark had a Cost Per Click offer that I joined involving tweeting for the stars. So I followed all the stars on the list on twitter. It was a really fun day all in all and I'm satisfied.

Come back again to find out how my progress is going on the updating and stand in the limelight when you tell me what it means.

I have one clue for you on the limelight topic...it's related to
theatre.
